Talleres: Objetivos Personales 2010
                    Mejorar para cambiar
Público al cual está dirigido:
Todas aquellas personas que tengan interés en explorar su calidad de vida y mejorar el bienestar. Especialmente aquellos profesionales ligados a la salud, capacitación en recursos humanos y deportes y actividad física.

Objetivo:
Mejorar la salud y el  bienestar de las personas a través de cambios positivos en los estilos de vida.

Objetivos específicos:
·                     Adquirir una visión comprensiva de las diferentes áreas que comprenden  la calidad de vida y el bienestar
·                     Tomar conciencia de las propias necesidades
·                     Conocer  los estudios científicos que aportan las mejores
·                     Establecer estrategias individuales para el cambio
·                     Incorporar  pautas de monitoreo y reformulación de necesidades

Metodología:
Basado en un aprendizaje adulto, el propio participante fija sus objetivos y sus metas en base a su experiencia y sus necesidades específicas. Se implementa en forma de talleres  que incluyen cuestionarios, ejercicios individuales y grupales y actualizaciones de publicaciones científicas sobre los temas a tratar.

Duración:
 4 talleres de 2 horas cada uno con periodicidad semanal, más  1 taller  de control al mes. 
Ahora también: Modalidad Intensiva en una jornada (ver más abajo).

Programa:
1.                   Introducción. Cuestionario de Dimensiones de la Calidad de Vida. Ejercicio de identificación de necesidades. Definición de metas Iniciales y análisis de factibilidad
2.                   Discusión de lo experimentado durante la semana: visión de las metas en la vida cotidiana. Cuestionario de Recursos Personales, refuerzos positivos para el cambio.
3.                   Demarcación de Objetivos y Metas. Ejercicio de proyección en el cambio. Claves para el cumplimiento. 
4.                   Entrega de material para estrategias de implementación y programas de salud personales. Instalación de recursos. Cierre de la etapa inicial. Discusión.
5.                   Control de lo experimentado durante el mes: Dificultades y facilitadores. Garantías de continuidad en el cambio. Perspectivas individuales y grupales.
Aranceles. 
Este curso de los jueves, tiene un costo total de $ 300. 
El intensivo de una jornada $200.  
Fechas: 
El taller semanal comienza el 15 de abril de 2010. Todos los jueves, de 10:00 a 12:00 horas. 
El Intensivo está programado para el día 17 de abril de 2010, de 11:00 a 18:00 horas.

More People Are Microdosing for Mental Health. But Does It Work?

Joseph started microdosing psychedelics five years ago to try to improve his mental health. “I was just kind of in this depression, in this rut,” he said. “I was unhappy and angry and agitated all the time, and it went against the way that I saw myself.” Depression and anxiety run in Joseph’s family, and he’d been prescribed Prozac as a kid. But when symptoms of depression returned in his early 30s, he didn’t want to go back to a prescription drug. Exploring the Link Between Circadian Rhythms, Longevity, and Wearable Data: Insights and Future Directions

A recent study in NHANES 2011–2014 explores the potential connection between disruptions in circadian rhythms, measured using wearable devices, and their impact on health outcomes and longevity. The study analyzes data from 7,297 U.S. adults collected through wearable accelerometers as a novel digital biomarker for longevity. Five distinct clusters were identified based on activity profiles: "High activity," "Low activity," "Mild circadian rhythm (CR) disruption," "Severe CR disruption," and "Very low activity." The findings reveal that young adults with extreme circadian rhythm disturbance exhibit higher white blood cell counts and accelerated biological aging. Older adults with circadian disruption are associated with increased systemic inflammation indexes, advanced biological aging, and higher all-cause mortality risk.
